Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting for inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, creating the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a pivotal shift to Interior Design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she brings her passion for textiles, color, and detail to every Reno design project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective to every project. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she balances creative excellence with the practical demands of family life. Her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design principles allow her to create clean, functional spaces that feel both modern and warm. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, which continuously informs her design aesthetic. Her keen eye for detail and ability to blend simplicity with sophistication make her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team.

Alana is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. She has lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, bringing diverse regional perspectives to Field Flower Collective's operations. Her extensive luxury retail background spans merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana seamlessly juggles multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Her gift for storytelling and client communication ensures every project runs smoothly from consultation to completion. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana brings infectious energy and organizational excellence to the team, coordinating with contractors and vendors to deliver flawless design installations.
