Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo scouted inspiration worldwide—from Paris and Tokyo to Istanbul and Seoul—while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. She later served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, creating the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor inspired her transition to interior design. She founded Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida, bringing her fashion-industry precision and global aesthetic to residential and commercial spaces. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo understands the importance of creating beautiful, functional spaces that support family life and everyday moments.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and a love for travel to her design work. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalist design principles that emphasize clean lines, intentional spaces, and functional beauty. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the need for interiors that are both stylish and family-friendly. Her design philosophy balances simplicity with warmth, creating spaces that feel calm, purposeful, and effortlessly elegant. Whether working on residential refreshes or commercial environments, Nery's attention to detail and commitment to personalized service ensure every project reflects the client's unique vision and lifestyle.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail experience to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, Alana now calls St. Johns County, FL, home. A proud mom to her son Gianni, she describes him as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Alana has a gift for storytelling and is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking, juggling multiple projects seamlessly. Her operational expertise ensures every design project runs smoothly from initial consultation through final installation. She coordinates vendor relationships, manages timelines, and oversees client communications to deliver exceptional experiences. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana brings organization, warmth, and efficiency to the team. Her bucket list includes RV travel across Canada, starting and ending in Kelowna with extended time in Banff.
