Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, her passion for textiles and décor led her to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings her global design perspective and luxury brand expertise to every Naples project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural design perspective shaped by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism that brings clean, modern sensibilities to her interior work. Her fashion-industry training and eye for streamlined design make her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team, creating spaces that feel both curated and effortlessly livable for Naples families.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail background encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to her role as Director of Operations. A proud mom to her son Gianni, she has lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, currently residing in St Johns County, FL. Her gift for storytelling, master multitasking abilities, and deep understanding of luxury client experience ensure every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly from consultation through installation.
