Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of design leadership from the fashion industry to commercial interior design. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered fundamentals across drawing, painting, sculpture, and graphic design. Her distinguished career includes serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her extensive experience scouting inspiration in global fashion capitals—Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul—coupled with overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India, gives her a unique perspective on brand development and spatial design. After founding Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida, Margo applies her passion for textiles, color theory, and brand storytelling to create commercial spaces that authentically reflect business identity while supporting operational needs. A proud mother of two, she understands the importance of creating flexible, functional environments that adapt to real-world demands.

Nery Vargas-Garcia brings sophisticated design sensibilities and technical expertise to every commercial project at Field Flower Collective. A graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York City with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design, Nery combines creative vision with practical execution. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, her multicultural background and passion for experiencing diverse cultures informs her ability to create commercial spaces that resonate with varied clientele. Her proficiency in minimalist design principles makes her particularly effective at crafting clean, functional commercial environments that maximize space efficiency without sacrificing aesthetic impact. Nery's DIY expertise and hands-on approach ensure that design concepts translate seamlessly into built environments. As a mother to a four-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating durable, maintainable commercial spaces that withstand daily use while maintaining visual appeal.
