Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her two decades of apparel design experience included scouting for inspiration in fashion capitals like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. Her passion for textiles and décor was sparked during these fashion experiences. After 20 years in the industry, Margo made a strategic shift to interior design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings her keen eye for detail, sophisticated color sense, and tactile understanding of materials to every commercial design project.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural design perspective shaped by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has developed a proficiency in minimalist design principles that translate beautifully to clean, functional commercial spaces. Her expertise in graphic design and illustration adds a unique dimension to Field Flower Collective's custom wallpaper and art piece offerings. Nery's minimalist aesthetic and hands-on approach ensure that every workspace design element is both purposeful and visually striking, creating environments that feel intentional yet effortless.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail background to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. A proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana has a gift for storytelling and is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat. Her operational excellence ensures that every commercial design project runs smoothly from initial consultation through final installation. Alana's understanding of retail merchandising and customer experience translates directly into creating commercial spaces that enhance brand perception and operational flow. Her bucket list includes RV travel all over Canada starting and ending in Kelowna with significant time in Banff, and she is a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker.
