Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of fashion design excellence to Field Flower Collective. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she thrived as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career took her to fashion capitals worldwide including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This international experience cultivated her exceptional eye for textiles, color, and design detail. After the birth of her children Scarlett and Beau, Margo transitioned her passion to interior design, founding Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida. Her unique approach blends luxury fashion sensibilities with functional family-focused design, creating spaces that are both sophisticated and livable for modern families.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective to her design work, influenced by her love of travel and experiencing diverse cultures. Her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design principles allows her to create spaces that are clean, purposeful, and effortlessly elegant. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands firsthand the importance of designing homes that balance aesthetic beauty with practical functionality. Her design philosophy centers on creating environments that feel curated yet comfortable, sophisticated yet sustainable. At Field Flower Collective, Nery leads the design vision, ensuring every project reflects the client's personality while incorporating timeless, modern sensibilities that endure for years.

Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she understands diverse regional preferences and design sensibilities. Now residing in St. Johns County, FL, Alana is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Her gift for storytelling and master-level multitasking abilities allow her to juggle several projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. At Field Flower Collective, Alana ensures seamless project execution, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and delivers exceptional customer experiences from initial consultation through final reveal.
