Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry across NYC and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo transitioned to Interior Design in St. Johns County, Florida, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now creates beautiful Florida homes. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings luxury fashion sensibility to functional family living.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective to her design work, loving to travel and experience new cultures. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that work for families. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has developed a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and functional beauty to every interior she designs. Her approach combines sophisticated simplicity with practical living solutions, creating elevated spaces that feel both curated and comfortable. Her unique blend of Parsons training and hands-on DIY expertise allows her to execute designs that are both professionally polished and authentically livable.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County, FL home. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating spaces that support family life. Her gift for storytelling and master multitasking abilities allow her to juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. This operational excellence ensures that every Field Flower project runs smoothly from consultation through final installation. Her luxury retail background translates perfectly to high-end interior design coordination, ensuring exceptional client experiences throughout the design journey.
