Margo Tomsey brings a unique fusion of fashion and interior design expertise to Field Flower Collective. She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. For two decades, she thrived in the fashion design industry across New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her career included scouting inspiration in global cities like Paris, Tokyo, Berlin, and Istanbul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This international experience cultivated her exceptional eye for textiles, color, and décor. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to create flexible, creative employment for designer-mothers. As a proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, she understands firsthand the importance of designing spaces that are both luxurious and livable for modern families.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia brings sophisticated design sensibility and multicultural perspective to every Field Flower Collective project. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City, she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Her passion for minimalism, combined with her proficiency in DIY projects and love of experiencing new cultures through travel, informs her clean, functional design aesthetic. As a mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating spaces that are both visually stunning and practical for family life. Her background in fashion illustration translates seamlessly into her interior design work, where she excels at conceptualizing spaces through detailed sketches and curated material selections. Nery's approach emphasizes intentional design choices that eliminate clutter while maximizing beauty and functionality—a philosophy particularly appreciated by busy families in St. Johns County seeking elevated yet manageable living environments.

Alana Marchese ensures every Field Flower Collective project runs seamlessly from consultation to final installation. With extensive luxury retail background spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations, she brings organizational excellence and client-focused service to the team. Having lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, Alana now calls St. Johns County home. Her diverse geographic experience gives her unique insight into various design preferences and regional needs. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana deeply understands the importance of creating spaces that support family connections and daily life. Her gift for storytelling and master-level multitasking abilities allow her to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Alana's operational expertise ensures clients experience smooth project timelines, transparent communication, and exceptional service throughout their design journey—from initial questionnaire to the final reveal.
