Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey is the visionary behind Field Flower Collective, bringing over two decades of luxury fashion design experience to the interior design world. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her career flourished in the fashion industry, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids Global and Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Margo's work took her across the globe—from Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, and Berlin to Hong Kong, China, and India—where she honed her eye for detail, color, and textile innovation. Her passion for interiors was sparked during these fashion experiences, and after relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, she founded Field Flower Collective to create flexible, fulfilling work that allows her to be present for her children, Scarlett and Beau, while crafting beautiful, functional spaces for families throughout Florida.

Nery Vargas-Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Design at Field Flower Collective, bringing a refined aesthetic sensibility honed at Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's multicultural background and love of travel infuse her work with global influences and fresh perspectives. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and brings her passion for minimalism and DIY creativity to every project. Nery's proficiency in clean, modern design and her hands-on approach make her an invaluable asset to the Field Flower team. Her ability to distill complex design challenges into elegant, functional solutions ensures that every space she touches feels both elevated and effortlessly livable, perfectly aligned with the needs of contemporary families.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese leads operations at Field Flower Collective, ensuring every project runs seamlessly from consultation to final installation. A proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County home. Her gift for storytelling and master-level multitasking abilities allow her to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and self-proclaimed sunshine seeker, Alana's warm personality and operational expertise ensure that Field Flower clients receive not only beautiful design but also exceptional service. Her bucket list includes RV travel throughout Canada, with dreams of exploring Kelowna and Banff—a testament to her adventurous spirit and appreciation for natural beauty.
