Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and later as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her fashion career took her to world capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul for inspiration scouting, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now shapes elevated everyday living spaces. Margo is a proud mother to Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, bringing both professional expertise and real-world understanding of family life to every project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings multicultural perspective and minimalist design sensibility to Field Flower Collective. Her passion for DIY and proficiency in minimalism creates spaces that feel intentional, uncluttered, and thoughtfully curated. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing homes that support family life while maintaining sophisticated aesthetic appeal. She loves to travel and experience new cultures, drawing inspiration from diverse design traditions around the world. Her design philosophy emphasizes clean lines, functional beauty, and the art of creating more with less—helping clients achieve elevated interiors that remain practical and livable for everyday family moments.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating homes that support meaningful family connections. Having lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she brings diverse regional perspective to understanding client needs across different markets. Currently residing in St. Johns County, FL, Alana is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat—an essential skill for coordinating complex renovation timelines and contractor relationships. Her gift for storytelling and attention to operational detail ensures every project runs smoothly from initial consultation through final installation.
