Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo traveled extensively for design inspiration, scouting in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo transitioned to interior design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion career, now shapes her approach to creating beautiful, functional interiors. A proud mom to Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she understands the importance of designing spaces that work for real family life.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global design sensibility to every project. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and understands firsthand the balance between creating stunning interiors and maintaining spaces that work for active families. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has developed a proficiency in minimalist design principles. Her love for travel and experiencing new cultures informs her eclectic yet refined design approach. She believes in creating spaces that are both visually striking and effortlessly functional, bringing a fresh, modern aesthetic to Field Flower Collective's work.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. A proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana currently resides in St. Johns County, FL, after living throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey. Her diverse geographic background gives her unique insight into varying design preferences and regional styles. Known as a master multitasker, Alana expertly manages several projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Her gift for storytelling and client communication ensures every project runs smoothly from consultation through final installation. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana dreams of RV travel across Canada, with extended stays in Banff and Kelowna. Her operational excellence and warm client relationships are integral to the Field Flower Collective experience.
