Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now serves clients seeking elevated everyday living spaces. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo understands the importance of creating homes that work for real family life.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective to her design work, enriched by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. She is passionate about DIY projects and has developed a proficiency in minimalist design aesthetics. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating spaces that balance style with functionality. Her fashion industry background translates seamlessly into interior design, where she applies her keen eye for color, pattern, and texture to create environments that feel both sophisticated and livable. Nery's design philosophy emphasizes clean lines, purposeful décor, and spaces that adapt to the evolving needs of modern families.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Her diverse geographic experience gives her unique insight into different regional design preferences and lifestyle needs. A proud mother who treasures the special bond with her son Gianni, Alana understands the importance of creating flexible work environments that allow parents to be present for both major milestones and everyday moments. Her gift for storytelling and project management ensures seamless coordination between clients, designers, and vendors. Alana's luxury retail background enables her to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every design consultation runs smoothly from initial contact through final installation.
