Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings a distinguished background in fashion design to her role as Founder of Field Flower Collective. After obtaining her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she spent two decades mastering design in the fashion industry, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career took her around the world—from scouting inspiration in Paris, Tokyo, Berlin, and Istanbul to overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This global perspective and deep understanding of textiles, color, and spatial composition now inform every San Diego remodeling project she leads. A proud mother of two, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to create flexible, meaningful work that allows her to attend both major milestones and everyday moments with her children. Her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces stems from her belief that homes should elevate everyday living while reflecting the unique personalities of those who inhabit them.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective shaped by her love of travel and experiencing diverse cultures. Her passion for minimalism and DIY projects informs her approach to creating clean, functional interiors that feel both elevated and accessible. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing spaces that accommodate family life while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Her proficiency in illustration and graphic design adds a unique visual storytelling dimension to Field Flower Collective's remodeling projects.
