Margo brings a distinguished creative pedigree to Field Flower Collective, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her two-decade career in fashion design includes serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Margo's expertise was honed through global travel—scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during these fashion experiences, now shapes Field Flower Collective's distinctive approach to interior design. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded the studio to create flexible, meaningful work that allows her to be present for her children Scarlett and Beau while pursuing her creative vision.

Nery earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, her multicultural background informs her design sensibility, bringing diverse aesthetic perspectives to every project. A mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating spaces that function beautifully for families while maintaining sophisticated design integrity. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures enriches her creative approach, while her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design brings practical, streamlined solutions to Field Flower Collective's work. Nery's ability to blend clean, modern aesthetics with warmth and personality makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with a background spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County home with her son Gianni. Her diverse geographic experience gives her unique insight into different regional design preferences and client expectations. Known for her exceptional storytelling ability and masterful multitasking skills, Alana seamlessly manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and flawless execution.
