Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, whether it was shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, or overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She was also Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and decor was sparked during her fashion experiences. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. As a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she brings both creative excellence and practical family wisdom to every project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective to her design work and loves to travel and experience new cultures. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating spaces that are clean, intentional, and beautifully understated. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing spaces that are both stylish and family-friendly. Her keen eye for detail and illustration background allow her to conceptualize and communicate design visions with clarity and creativity, ensuring every project reflects the unique personality and needs of her clients.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, she understands the importance of creating flexible work environments that honor both professional excellence and family priorities. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, Alana now resides in St Johns County, FL, where she applies her diverse background to streamline operations and elevate client experiences. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat. Her gift for storytelling and operational expertise ensures every project runs smoothly from consultation through final installation, allowing our design team to focus on creating beautiful spaces.
