Margo Tomsey is the visionary founder of Field Flower Collective, bringing over two decades of luxury fashion design expertise to the interior design world. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her distinguished fashion career included serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, where she scouted inspiration in fashion capitals like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes across Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic, further cementing her passion for textiles and thoughtful design. After her fashion career, Margo transitioned to interior design, founding Field Flower Collective to create flexible, meaningful work that allows her to balance creativity with motherhood. A proud mom to Scarlett and Beau, Margo brings her signature blend of fashion-industry precision and family-centered practicality to every Tennessee renovation project.

Nery Vargas-Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Design at Field Flower Collective, bringing refined aesthetic sensibility and technical expertise to every project. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's multicultural background informs her design approach, blending diverse influences into cohesive, elegant spaces.
