Margo Tomsey brings two decades of fashion design leadership to her role as Founder of Field Flower Collective. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design before thriving in fashion capitals worldwide. As Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids Global and Creative Director for Kitex USA (where she created Little Star Organic), Margo honed her ability to scout inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. Her passion for textiles and décor—sparked during her fashion career—led her to found Field Flower Collective after relocating to Florida, where she now serves Atlanta-area clients. A proud mother of Scarlett (10) and Beau (6), Margo understands the importance of creating homes that are both beautiful and functional for busy families navigating new construction decisions.

Nery Vargas-Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Design at Field Flower Collective, bringing her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's multicultural background and love of travel inform her design approach with diverse cultural influences and fresh perspectives. Her proficiency in minimalism and passion for DIY projects make her especially valuable for clients seeking clean, functional design solutions during the builder selection process. As a mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Nery understands the practical considerations that matter most to families building new homes in the Atlanta area. Her ability to blend sophisticated minimalist aesthetics with family-friendly functionality helps homeowners make confident material and fixture selections that will serve them beautifully for years to come.
