Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry for two decades, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids Global and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career took her to fashion capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul for inspiration scouting, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. After twenty years in apparel design, Margo made a purposeful transition to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now transforms homes throughout St. Augustine and surrounding areas. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo understands the importance of creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional for family life.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a rich cultural perspective and global aesthetic to her interior design work. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has exceptional proficiency in minimalist design principles that create clean, functional, and beautiful spaces. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she deeply understands the need for interiors that serve both form and function in family homes. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures infuses her design work with diverse influences and fresh perspectives. Nery's keen eye for simplicity and her hands-on approach to design make her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team, bringing elevated yet approachable design solutions to St. Johns County clients.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with a comprehensive background spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County home. A proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands firsthand the importance of creating homes that nurture family connections. Her gift for storytelling and self-proclaimed mastery of multitasking allow her to juggle several projects simultaneously without missing a beat. With her luxury retail background, Alana ensures every client experience is seamless, from initial consultation through final installation. Her operational expertise keeps projects on timeline and budget while maintaining the high standards Field Flower Collective is known for. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's warm personality and organizational prowess make her the backbone of the team's success in serving St. Johns County families and businesses.
