Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of fashion industry leadership to retail space design. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. As Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, Margo scouted inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. She later served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, creating the brand Little Star Organic. Her extensive fashion experience developed a sophisticated eye for textiles, color, spatial composition, and brand storytelling—skills she now applies to creating compelling retail environments. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to help local businesses create retail spaces that captivate customers and drive sales. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she understands designing for both beauty and practical function.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, her multicultural background informs a diverse design perspective that resonates across demographics. Nery's proficiency in minimalism and passion for DIY projects bring clean, intentional aesthetics to every retail space she designs. Her fashion training provides deep understanding of how visual elements influence customer behavior and purchasing decisions. As a mother to a four-year-old daughter, Nery combines creativity with practical sensibility, designing retail environments that are both stunning and functional for business operations. Her love of travel and cultural exploration continually enriches her design vocabulary, allowing her to create retail spaces that feel fresh, globally inspired, and commercially effective.
