Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and décor was sparked during her fashion experiences. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. She is a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, bringing both professional expertise and real-life understanding to every design project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective enriched by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, which deepens her understanding of creating spaces that balance beauty with everyday functionality. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and purposeful design to every project. Her artistic background and hands-on approach enable her to transform client visions into stunning, livable realities. Her keen eye for detail and ability to blend form with function makes her an invaluable part of the Field Flower Collective team.

Alana is a proud mom who brings her extensive luxury retail background to Field Flower Collective, including expertise in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Her diverse geographic experience gives her unique insight into various regional design preferences and client needs. Alana has a gift for storytelling and can turn even the most mundane events into epic tales, a skill that translates beautifully into understanding and articulating client visions. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking and can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat, ensuring seamless project coordination from initial consultation through final installation. Her operational excellence and dedication to customer experience ensure that every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
