Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She later served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a shift to Interior Design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, her passion for textiles and décor was sparked during her fashion experiences. She brings this global perspective and eye for detail to every Montana design project, creating spaces that feel both worldly and rooted in mountain living.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter and brings a proficiency in minimalism and DIY creativity to every project. Her multicultural background and design education enable her to blend diverse influences into cohesive, sophisticated interiors. Nery's passion for clean lines and functional beauty makes her an invaluable asset to the Field Flower team, where she creates spaces that feel both refined and approachable. Alana is a proud mom to her son Gianni and brings extensive luxury retail background to Field Flower Collective, including expertise in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. She has lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently manages operations with precision and care. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Her gift for storytelling and operational excellence ensures every client experience is seamless from first consultation through final installation. She coordinates contractors, manages timelines, and handles logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
