Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of fashion design leadership to Field Flower Collective. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her impressive career includes serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, where she scouted inspiration in fashion capitals like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes across Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, led her to transition to interior design and found Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings her refined aesthetic sensibility and global design perspective to every Houston renovation project, creating spaces that are both luxurious and livable.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective and passion for minimalist design to her work. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that are both aesthetically stunning and family-friendly. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures infuses her design work with global inspiration, while her proficiency in minimalism and DIY expertise allows her to craft clean, functional spaces that feel effortlessly elegant. Nery's fashion background and keen eye for detail ensure that every Houston renovation project balances sophisticated design with practical, everyday living needs.

Alana Marchese is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. With extensive experience living across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St Johns County, FL home. Alana brings a robust luxury retail background encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to Field Flower Collective. Her gift for storytelling and self-proclaimed mastery of multitasking allow her to juggle multiple renovation projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. As Director of Operations, Alana ensures seamless coordination between designers, contractors, and vendors, managing every detail from initial consultation through final installation. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's organizational expertise and operational excellence ensure that every Houston client's renovation journey is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations.
