Margo Tomsey brings over twenty years of fashion design leadership to Field Flower Collective, having served as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, Margo mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, and graphic design before thriving in fashion capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, and Berlin. Her global experience scouting inspiration and negotiating production in Hong Kong, China, and India developed her keen eye for textiles and décor. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to blend her passion for design with the flexibility of motherhood, raising Scarlett, 10, and Beau, 6, while creating elevated interiors for Long Island families.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective and passion for minimalist aesthetics to every project. Her proficiency in DIY design and love of travel have shaped her ability to blend diverse cultural influences into cohesive, refined interiors. As a mother to a four-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical for family life. Her design philosophy emphasizes clean lines, intentional décor choices, and functional elegance that resonates with modern Long Island homeowners seeking sophisticated simplicity.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to Field Flower Collective. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey before settling in St. Johns County, Alana understands diverse regional design preferences and client needs. Her gift for storytelling and project management allows her to coordinate multiple design initiatives simultaneously while ensuring exceptional client communication. As a devoted mother to her son Gianni, Alana is passionate about creating flexible work environments that honor both professional excellence and family priorities. Her operational leadership ensures seamless project execution from initial consultation through final installation, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and artisans to deliver on time and exceed client expectations for Long Island homeowners.
